Return Policy
You have 30 days
From the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed, we can't accept the return.
What we accept
Boots must be unworn, in new condition, with all original tags and the original box. We can't accept returns on boots that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.
How to return
Email us at info@loongtownuk.com within 7 days. Tell us your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange. We'll reply with a return form.
Don't send returns without emailing us first. We won't accept them.
Who pays shipping
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you pay for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we pay. We'll email you a prepaid returns label.

Postal returns only. We don't accept in-person returns.
Refunds
We inspect your return within 3 business days of arrival. If approved, we refund your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Received a faulty pair? Email us at info@loongtownuk.com with your order number. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we replace it free of charge. If you need a different size, the fastest option is to return the boots for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the wrong item. We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship a replacement right away, or give you a full refund. Your choice.
Restocking fees
We don't charge them.
