Where we ship
We deliver to all UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Processing (Handling Time)
Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days (Mon to Sat). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times (Transit Time)
Once dispatched, boots typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days (Mon to Sat). Total delivery time, including handling, is estimated at 3 to 6 business days (Mon to Sat). Some remote postcodes may occasionally take an extra day.

Shipping cost
Free. No minimum order. No handling fees.

Tracking
Every order is sent with a tracking number. You will receive this by email when your parcel ships.

Address changes
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will update your delivery address. After this window, orders are usually packed and cannot be changed.

Damaged or defective items
If your boots arrive damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We will cover return postage and offer either a replacement or full refund.

Lost parcels
If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your order, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve it.
